Your orders,no cut taken.
Customers order collection or delivery from your own link: on your website, your Google listing and your social pages. Orders land on a kitchen screen, card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and subba takes nothing from any order.
One link, everywhere you are.
Share your ordering link wherever customers find you, and they order from your menu in a minute.
Your own ordering page
Your menu on a clean ordering page, ready to link from your website and your social pages.
On your Google listing
Add your ordering link to your Google Business Profile. subba shows you the steps.
Collection and delivery
Collection times from your opening hours, and delivery if you offer it, with your own fee and minimum order for each postcode area you cover.
Sizes and extras
Sizes, toppings and extras, each with its own price, so the kitchen gets exactly what was ordered.
Menu sections
Pizzas, sides, drinks: customers jump to the part of the menu they want, in the order you set.
Looks like your takeaway
Pick one of seven styles, then your colours and lettering, a picture of each dish and your menu in tabs, wide enough to sit on your website.
Allergens on every dish
Tick which of the 14 major allergens each dish contains, and customers see them before they order.
Phone orders Extra
The AI phone line takes orders from your menu, day and night.
A chat that knows your menu
The AI chat on your website answers questions about your dishes and prices, knows what is sold out and sends people the link to order. Allergy questions go to your team.
Offers and codes
£5 off orders over £30 on a Tuesday, or 10% off a first order with a code. Offers run on the days and times you set, and show on your order page and in the emails you send customers.
Kitchen full? Slow it down.
Stay in control on your busiest nights, without switching ordering off.
Orders per time
Set how long the kitchen needs and how many orders you take for each collection time, so it keeps up.
Pause online orders
Pause online and phone orders for 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or until you turn them back on.
Sold out, in a tap
Mark a dish sold out for tonight, or until you say. Customers cannot order it, and the phone line stops offering it.
Every order, from new to collected.
One board for the whole team, up to date on every screen without anyone refreshing.
Running orders
New, in the kitchen, ready, then collected or delivered. Your team move each order along in a tap.
Kitchen screen
Open a private link on a tablet in the kitchen, a kitchen display with no hardware to buy. Staff type the screen password once on each tablet. It chimes for each new order, and can alert the tablet even with the screen off.
Notes for the kitchen
Customers add requests like "no onions", and the kitchen sees them on the order.
Order alerts
New orders go to the kitchen's email, and can pop up on your team's phones, each with an order number.
Logins, a rota and timesheets.
Everyone who works a shift, in the same place as the orders.
Staff and manager logins
Your team sign in to see the orders and their shifts, never your takings or settings. A manager runs the day without seeing your billing.
Weekly rota
Plan who works when, with holidays shown on it and a warning for long shifts with no break. Copy last week's rota in one click, and drivers and kitchen staff get an email when their shifts change.
Clock in and out
Staff clock in and out from their phone, and see their shifts for this week and next.
Timesheets
Hours worked against the rota. Fix a missed clock-out, and download the week for payroll. See the staff rota app.
See what sells, and when.
The numbers behind every order, ready the moment you sign in.
Sales
Sales day by day, with orders and the average order against the period before.
Best sellers
Your most popular dishes, and the sizes and extras people pick.
Busiest hours and days
When the orders come in, so you can plan the rota around them.
Kitchen times
How long orders take to be ready, and how many are ready on time.
Yesterday, by email
Turn on a morning email with yesterday's takings, orders and best sellers, and takings and orders against the same day the week before.
Before you switch.
Does subba take a cut of my orders?
No. subba takes no fee on any order. You pay your subba plan, and card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own ordering page to share on Google, social media and anywhere else. If you have a website, link to it from there.
Can customers pay when they collect?
Yes. Until you connect Stripe, orders come in to pay when they collect. Once Stripe is connected, customers pay by card as they order, straight to your account.
Do you deliver the food?
No. subba takes the delivery orders, with your delivery fee and minimum order, and your own drivers deliver them. You can set a different fee and minimum for each postcode area, and anywhere else can collect.
What about allergens?
You tick the allergens each dish contains and customers see them on your menu, along with a note to call you about any allergy before they order.
Got tables too? See subba for restaurants, with table bookings and ordering at the table, or subba for cafes.
